9.- Papaloapan Grill Fest in Veracruz

We celebrated another year of collaboration with Carnes Papaloapan at their annual Grilling Festival. This event is particularly important to us, as Veracruz is part of our New Markets Development initiative, while also reinforcing our Grill & Pork campaign. This year, Los Manes de la Parrilla led three hands-on workshops where participants explored pork cuts such as belly, jowl, and loin. We also participated with our Meat Truck, offering tastings of pork loin and jowl, emphasizing that all these products are available at Carnes Papaloapan’s 8 store locations.
