13.- MG&K Trailer with Sigma Foodservice in Monterrey

Sigma Foodservice is the second-largest beef importer in Mexico and the number one foodservice company nationwide, with presence across nearly the entire country. They reached out to us with two main goals: 1. To promote their U.S. Choice beef products to key customers 2. To showcase their Swift pork offerings, including Boston butt, tenderloin, back ribs, spare ribs, and more. To support this effort, we organized a Mobile Grill & Kitchen Trailer session, where guests could discover the products, work with them hands-on, learn new recipes, and enjoy tastings. The event was attended by some of Monterrey’s top restaurants and hotels, including Mochomos, Cara de Vaca, Mexicanísimo, El Mirador, El Gaucho, and Camino Real, among others. We also took advantage of the occasion to deliver a short training session, where Rigoberto Treviño (USMEF Trade Manager) spoke about the advantages of U.S. beef and the USDA quality grading system. ***Insertar cuadro***
