Alimsa remains one of the leading companies in northern Mexico when it comes to beef imports, and a key player in pork as well. To continue strengthening our partnership, we organized a Mobile Grill & Kitchen Trailer activation to promote their products and further engage with their top customers. During the course, we continued promoting variety meats, starting with a “sope” made from small intestine as an appetizer. We also prepared an avocado stuffed with beef intestine, aiming to showcase creative and appealing ways to cook and enjoy these types of products.
