11.- Cantina Vibes in Monterrey at The World’s Largest Discada

As part of the event “The Largest Discada in the World”, we also activated our Cantina Vibes initiative, offering tastings of 200 beef small intestine tacos and 200 pork stomach tostadas—products not typically seen in northern Mexico. This was the first time we carried out this activity outside of Aguascalientes, and our current objective is to introduce variety meats—popular in central Mexico—to other regions of the country. With these 400 samples, we were able to reach all attendees in the event’s VIP area, where members of the media, key influencers, business leaders, and restaurant owners tasted the products. The goal is for them to eventually consider adding these items to their menus in the near future.
