8.- MG&K Trailer with Cámara de Comercio in Guadalajara

We continued our activities in collaboration with the Guadalajara Chamber of Commerce, a partnership that has given us strong exposure both with members of the Meat Section and other key areas within the Chamber. This time, the experience was different: a mini fair was organized with a focus on American protein. Several commercial partners participated, including Servicarnes, Cochison, Embutidos Corona, La Maestra, Sigma Foodservice, Nayar, Helix, among many others. We took this opportunity to showcase our Pork Truck Sampling & Promotion Program, offering product tastings for over four hours during the event. We also activated our Mobile Grill & Kitchen Trailer, conducting three workshops that reached a total of 120 attendees. Each session was organized in collaboration with a different partner: one with Sigma Foodservice to promote their pork ribs, another with Servicarnes to highlight pork loin, and a final one with La Maestra, also focused on pork loin. We were honored to have special guests Amy Scanlon, U.S. Consul General in Guadalajara, and Manuel Madrujano, USDA Agricultural Specialist in the region.
