14.- Cantina Vibes in Aguascalientes with Obrador San Pancho

We continued promoting variety meats in Aguascalientes with the fourth activation of our Cantina Vibes initiative, this time alongside Obrador San Pancho, a major distributor in the region. This session focused on pork, with standout cuts including pork snout and brains. More than 34 people attended the event, including cantina owners, casual dining representatives, and even staff from EXA FM, a local radio station that helped spread the word about the dishes being prepared and sampled. Plans are already underway to expand this initiative beyond Aguascalientes, with recent activities in Monterrey and upcoming events in Baja California.
